1. What is included in your picnic setup?
Our picnic packages typically include a styled picnic setup with mat, pillow, low seated tables, tableware, decor, and themed styling. Inclusions vary depending on the package you choose.
2. Where can you set up the picnic?
Our lists of recommended locations are:
- Pasir Ris Park
- East Coast Park
- Bay East Garden (under Benjamin Sheares bridge)
- Palawan beach, Sentosa
- Residences
If you would like to request for other outdoor locations, do ensure that you have the relevant permits required. Some parks and venues may require prior permission or have restrictions.
3. How many people can the picnic accommodate?
We cater to different group sizes, from intimate 2-person picnics to larger celebrations. Let us know your group size and we'll recommend the most suitable setup.
4. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, public holidays, and special occasions. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
5. Do you provide food and drinks?
Food and drinks are available as add-ons. You can also arrange your own catering, depending on the location and package.
6. Can I bring my own food and cake?
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own food, cake, or other treats unless the chosen venue has specific restrictions.
7. Do you provide decorations for birthdays and proposals?
Yes! We can style picnics for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, bridal showers, baby showers, date nights, and other celebrations.
8. How long is the picnic setup available?
Our standard packages usually include a set duration of 3 hours. Additional time may be available for an extra fee at $40/hour. Our cut off time is at 9.30pm daily. Late teardown surcharge of $50 is applicable for timings after that.
9. What happens if it rains?
Because outdoor weather can be unpredictable, we recommend having a backup plan. We will let you know on weather forecast the day prior and recommend alternative locations or push back the start time of the event.
If it rains during your event, there will be no refund or moving of the setup to another location.
10. Do you set up and pack everything away?
Yes. We handle the setup before your booking and return afterward to pack everything away, so you can simply enjoy your picnic.
11. How do I book a picnic?
Simply contact us with your preferred date, time, location, number of guests, and occasion. We'll check availability and recommend a package that suits your celebration.
