Frequently asked questions to assist you for your next celebration!

When can I place a booking? 

We would highly recommend at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability of your slot. Do also take note that booking is not confirmed unless a deposit is made.

We also do accept last minute bookings subjected to availability on the dates. 

How long is the duration?

Our picnic slots are for 3 hours. This is not inclusive of the set up and tear down time.

Additional hours are $30/hour.

Our proposal slots are for 2 hours. This is not inclusive of the set up and tear down time. 

Our cut-off time daily is strictly at 10pm. 

What happens during unfortunate weather?

In case of bad weather, we will delay your starting time for as long as we can. We will also provide updates on the weather forecast leading up to the date of your picnic and offer alternative sheltered locations. We seek your kind cooperation in this matter.


If it rains at any time during your setup timing, please do cover the setup with the tarpaulin sheet provided and seek shelter immediately. No refunds will be given.

We can also do the setup indoors in your residence or function room should you decide to change your location before the start of your event. 

Do you do customised themes? 

Customised themes for kids party are available! Depending on the theme, an additional charge of $50-$80 is applicable. 

Where are the locations available?

We offer setups for both outdoor and indoor locations. Do refer to the list of locations on our booking form. If you have any other preferred location not listed, do let us know and we will assist you accordingly.

For indoor locations, we are able to do it in hotel rooms, chalets or your residence. 

What if I have more than 10 pax?

We can also do setups for more than 10 pax, subjected to additional logistic charge (additional $50).
